5. Who May Submit
A. The submission is mainly open to papers by graduate students and undergraduate students participating in NSC research projects.
B. Presenters who completed Master's or doctoral degree after November 2011, are also welcome.
6. Presentation
A. Papers should be presented orally either in Chinese or English for 20 minutes, 10 minutes discussion.
B. Poster presentation should be published in Chinese or English.
7. Important Dates
A. Online Abstract Submission Deadline: December 1, 2013
(Extended deadline: December 15, 2013)
1) The length of research abstract should not exceed 500 words (either in Chinese or English). Any abstracts received in excess of this limit will not be reviewed for this conference.
2) Papers submitted must be original, cannot have been published/presented or accepted in a journal or another conference proceedings. Work-in-progress paper should be completed and presented orally on the conference day.
3) This is to remind the paper contributors to check the notification of acceptance mail from the FLLD for confirmation.
B. Notification of acceptance issued: January 5, 2014
